Cristian Shiba (born 31 January 2001) is an Albanian professional footballer who plays as a right back for Italian Serie C Group C club Taranto on loan from Südtirol.[1]
Club career
Born in San Benedetto del Tronto, Shiba joined the Sassuolo youth sector on 17 August 2017.[2]
On 4 May 2018, he was loaned to Serie D club Sangiustese.[3]
For the 2020–21 season, he was loaned to Serie C club Ravenna.[4] On 23 September 2020, he signed with the club.[5] Shiba made his professional debut on 27 September against Südtirol.[6]
On 6 July 2021, he signed with another Serie C club, Pontedera.[7]
On 22 June 2023, he joined Serie B side Südtirol.[8]
On 9 January 2024, he went to Serie C side Recanatese.[9]
On 30 August 2024, Shiba was loaned to Serie C Group C club Taranto.[10]
International career
Shiba was a youth international for Albania.[11]
