Summary

Description
English: GWR Collett "38XX" 2-8-0 No.3822 in WWII wartime GWR black livery and plated-up cab window on breakdown train, at the Great Western Society, Didcot Railway Centre, 9 November 2008. The 38XX's were only a mild update of Churchward's "28XX" Class as the basic design could handle any freight the GWR had to carry.
