Kendal, Jamaica
Kendal is a small town in Manchester located between Mandeville and Christiana in central Jamaica.
Geology
Limestone containing red bauxite has been reported in Kendal.[1][2]
In literature
The children's fiction writer Cyril Palmer set several of his books in his hometown Kendal.[3]
