Psilocybe maluti is a species of mushroom in the family Hymenogastraceae. Described from South Africa in 2024 by Breyten van der Merwe, Alan Rockefeller & Karin Jacobs, Psilocybe maluti is named after the Maluti Mountains where it occurs. [1] It is in the section Cubensae of the genus Psilocybe, other members of this section include Psilocybe cubensis, Psilocybe chuxgionensis, Psilocybe niveotropicalis, Psilocybe wayanadensis, Psilocybe thaiaerugineomaculans, Psilocybe thaiduplicatocystidiata and Psilocybe ovoideocystidiata.
