Synthesis
Radium chlorate can be obtained by the reaction of radium chloride with sodium chlorate:[citation needed]
- RaCl2 + 2NaClO3 → Ra(ClO3)2 + 2NaCl
Properties
The compound forms a white solid which is insoluble in water.[citation needed]
