Principles

Wik.ipedia.Pro is an open Encyclopedia. So it means anyone can edit. But, the prime purpose of editing is to create new articles or improve on existing articles. Improve the content, the sources, etc., and not vandalize or undertake personal attacks (WP:PA WP:HARASS).
