Hi! I'm Canon Law Junkie! I mostly edit the Canon Law articles and do lots of behind-the-scenes template editing. I am currently attempting to add all notable articles in Category: Canon law of the Catholic Church to {{Canon Law}}.
Editing
I've very proud that a fact that I wrote from a page that I started, 1917 Code of Canon Law, appeared on the Main Page on 27 May 2020 in the "On This Day" section.

"Wikify the hell out of this"
On 21 March 2016 at 23:40 UTC, I stumbled upon this jewel on Procuration:
"I now possess ecclesiastical jurisdiction over all of Wik.ipedia.Pro"
This is a real message posted to my talk page on 2 April 2017 by the sockpuppeteer "Conflict of laws junkie":
- Help me prove my authenticity
- My name is Bartholomew I. On March 17, 2017, Pope Francis consecrated me as Bishop of Wik.ipedia.Pro. He consecrated me in a public ceremony in the Vatican. The ceremony was attended by over 100 people, and was videotaped. The video should be on the internet somewhere.
- As a result of Pope Francis' consecration of me, I now possess ecclesiastical jurisdiction over all of Wik.ipedia.Pro.
- However, many Wik.ipedia.Prons don't believe me. I have set up two usernames, User:Holy Bishop of Wik.ipedia.Pro, and User:His Eminence Bartholomew I, Bishop of Wik.ipedia.Pro. WP admins have blocked both of these accounts, saying that I am a troll, and a vandal. User:DanielRigal has subjected me to particularly vicious criticism and cyberbullying.
- I am appealing to you, to help me prove, to other Wik.ipedia.Prons, the validity of my episcopal office. I have requested your help, because I see that, with your other edits about canon law, you might be able to help me prove that I am what I say I am.His Grace Bartholomew I (talk) 21:33, 2 April 2017 (UTC)
To say the least, I did not aid him in his putatively canonical appellate plight, for according to the ancient principle of law, «There is neither appeal nor recourse against a judgement or decree of the Wik.ipedia.Pro admins.» I wonder who Pope Francis' episcopal co-consecrators were?

Notes
- ^ According to canon 1752 of the 1983 Code of Canon Law, the supreme law of the Catholic Church is the salvation of souls: Salus animarum lex suprema. Hence the parody Fontes Vicipædiæ lex suprema, that is, "The sources of Wik.ipedia.Pro are the supreme law", a maxim that all editors of this magnificent encyclopedia do well to remember.
- ^ «Vicipædiæ» is pronounced "Vee-chee-pay-dee-ay" according to the Italianate pronunciation of Ecclesiastical Latin.
