Choristhemis is a genus of small dragonflies in the family Synthemistidae[2] found in eastern Australia.[3] They are small to medium-sized slender dragonflies with dark colouring and light markings and a relatively weak flight.[4]
Species
The genus includes two species:[5]
- Choristhemis flavoterminata (Martin, 1901) – yellow-tipped tigertail[3]
- Choristhemis olivei (Tillyard, 1909) – delicate tigertail[3]
