Confusion
I'm studying guided imagery as a treatment for chronic illness and after reading this article I still have no idea what guided imagery is. The first two sentences are very vague. Can somebody please clarify what this procedure actually is? Quittingtheday (talk) 05:25, 6 June 2009 (UTC)
