Talk:Dave Asprey

Unsourced updates

It looks like Dave's fans have discovered the new article and would like to see it updated, but are clueless about such things as WP:V and WP:RS. I'll try to keep it objective and sourced. Dicklyon (talk) 22:13, 19 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Neutrality

I have tagged one paragraph for neutrality problems, as its main purpose seems to debunk, rather than describe, Mr. Asprey's theory on diet. --Gertanis (talk) 00:43, 17 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I created a Criticism section and moved the sections that aim to debunk the bulletproof diet into it. Does that resolve your concerns? Funfactsandwheretofindthem (talk) 20:31, 5 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The whole "Reception" section is entirely biased. It lists only negative criticism and some, neutral. The *principle* of _neutrality_ means that every negative must be weighed up by one positive. It is not hard to find dieters who have tried and found weight reduction on the BP diet and worst of all, the clear anti-Asprey bias occupies useful space for more *relevant* criticism of Asprey. Like disseminating knowledge about problems with foods, but at the same time offering his own products as the "best alternative" (see the BP diet roadmap, link , many of the green foods are his own products). Note: the roadmap in the link is incomplete, there are more examples

The "principle of neutrality" you invented is not valid on Wik.ipedia.Pro. If we only find negative reactions from reliable sources, that's how it is. See WP:NPOV. --Hob Gadling (talk) 19:29, 10 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
