Perhaps this belongs in a dictionary. Additionally, the Japanese site redirects to sleep. 居眠り　translates as "nodding off" or "dozing." For example, it could be used to describe a cause of a car crash or someone falling asleep intermittently. Sleeping while on duty seems like a good home for this idea.
