MFDs
Electronic kiosks have used MFDs for a long time, the typical ATM is mostly MFD to the end user. -- 70.51.200.162 (talk) 04:37, 19 March 2017 (UTC)
What's this article about?
Screens with soft-labelled keys? Or MFDs in aircraft, where they're actually called that. Andy Dingley (talk) 01:09, 26 March 2017 (UTC)
- According to the intro, this should be about screens with softkeys. MFDs in aviation should then be a section of the article. As for calling the article MFD, that's also fine, since it is called that in atleast one instance (an pretty popularly as well) -- 70.51.200.162 (talk) 04:08, 28 March 2017 (UTC)
- However, not just aviation calls things like this MFDs, "marine multifunction display" shows many results, as does "car multifunction display" -- 70.51.200.162 (talk) 04:32, 28 March 2017 (UTC)
