There are two Wrexham templates, this one, which is called Wrexham County Borough but only describes the 'Wrexham Urban Area' and template:Wrexham, which actually describes Wrexham County Borough. I'm not sure how the Wrexham Urban area is defined, but it lists the Wrexham Industrial Estate, which isn't really urban. The template seems superfluous since I don't think there's any need for two templates to cover pretty much the same topic. Any comments on a possible merge?
