I have put the headings back to being above the links so that this template is in line with the other rugby union region templates. eg:

• Australia - {{SANZAR links}}
• England - {{Eng rugby prem}}
• Fiji - {{Pacific rugby union links}}
• France - {{French_Rugby_links}}
• Ireland - {{Irish rugby links}}
• Italy - {{Italian_Rugby_links}}
• New Zealand - {{SANZAR links}}
• Saoma - {{Pacific rugby union links}}
• South Africa - {{SANZAR links}}
• Scotland - {{Scot_rugby_prem}}
• Tonga - {{Pacific rugby union links}}

Big templates are not user friendly. I have changed all the above templates to a single more compact format. --Bob 00:01, 17 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
